These general terms apply to all commitments, including though not restricted to commitments to produce designs and/or productions and/or delivery or provision of the use of audio-visual products, from the agreements upon which these terms have been declared to apply.
These terms are applicable, as well, on all commitments that stem from at a later time agreed upon agreements, other activities or pre-contractual judicial relationships.

Quotation
Four Corners, film & videoproduction s composes its quotations based on an estimation of the necessary labour-hours for project-preparation, filming, editing, use of material and other related matters. Four Corners decides upon these hours in all reasonability. However, it may happen that a commissioner has additional desires during the production, that have not yet been taken into account in the original quotation. These additional hours will be charged, based on a set hour-rate, on top of the total fee, agreed upon in the original quotation. Unless agreed upon otherwise. All presented quotations are excluding 19% VAT.
Travel and lodging
All costs made for travel and lodging are considered as additional costs and will therefore not be included in the quotation. These additional costs will be separately added to the end-bill. Four Corners uses a compensation of € 0.25 per driven kilometre.
Music
For music that is used in a video production, copyrights will have to be paid to author’s rights organisation Buma Stemra. These copyrights are additional costs, that will not be included in the quotation. The amount of the copyrights are determined by stichting Buma Stemra and will be added to the end-bill.
Voice-over
Some productions will make use of one or multiple voice-overs, or recorded voices. The costs of the voice-overs are considered additional costs and will be added to the end-bill. Unless agreed upon otherwise.
Copyright
Concepts, ideas and proposals developed for a commissioner fall under the copyright and remain formally and judicially the property of Four Corners. In the instance of break-in or abuse of this copyright, Four Corners holds the organisation or person involved responsible. This responsibility entails judicial consequences. All Four Corners productions are copyrighted. A Four Corners production may not be multiplied, reproduced or altered without permission of the creator, Four Corners. It is possible to buy-out the copyrights, in agreement with Four Corners.
Conditions of payment
All bills shall be paid for by the commissioner under the conditions of payment as stated on the bill. In the absence of any specific conditions as such, the commissioner shall pay within fourteen days after the date of billing. Every payment serves to fulfil the oldest outstanding bill.
Accountability
Excepting possible obligations of ours personally, we will never be held accountable to pay for any kind of damage-restitution to the buyer or others. Unless the case is one of purposeful demolition by our side (to be proven with judicially available means by the party that holds us accountable) the bought product shall be bought within the time-span as agreed upon. Specifically, we are never to be held accountable for result- or corporate-damage, direct or indirect damage, whatsoever called loss of profit and damage caused by the loss of production-time, including suffered by the commissioner, his employees, or third parties employed at or by him, caused by total or partial (re-)delivery of goods, slowed or incorrect delivery, or the absence of delivery of goods, or the goods themselves.
The buyer is held to vouchsafe our immunity to any and all accountability that third parties may hold against us while regarding the execution of the agreement, for so far as the law does not explicate against the charges of any and all damages and costs stemming from this accountability be charged against the buyer.
