DTZ Zadelhoff: Real Estate beyond borders
Arnhem, January 6, 2008
The echoes of the Auld Lang Synes had hardly ceased to reverberate, yet DTZ Zadelhoff burst into the new year with its New Years’ Party on Friday, January 4th. Employees were treated to, amongst others, a film featuring the 2007 highlights.
The event, attended by about 400 DTZ-people, was held in the Koetshuis in Breukelen, as tradition dictates. The Koetshuis is the ‘crib’ of DTZ Zadelhoff, located on the grounds of founder Cor van Zadelhoff. The film was shown following a speech of the chairman of the board of directors, mr. Cees de Jong. According to Marjan Schrader of DTZ Zadelhoff’s Communications Dept, it was “received superbly well”.
In focus
The flick featured dynamic interviews with clients and DTZs, intermingled with the more serious as well as humoristic highlights of 2007. These included, among others, a record turnover, a paragon of fertility in DTZ ranks as judged by the huge number of births within the company, special deals and department results. Cooperation and passion formed the heart of the film, which brought everybody in focus again for the year 2008.
While the majority of the Dutch were still preparing the Christmas dinner, in Arnhem DTZ was collaborating with Four Corners to complete the flick. The culmination of a very fine cooperation with really nice folks from DTZ Zadelhoff that got an enthusiastic reception! Cheers, DTZ! Onwards to another one of those fine years!
