Recruitment video for enterprising students

Design a young and hip recruitment video that’ll help us show fresh students how nice it is to be studying at the InterCollege Business School. That’s the assignment we received from this zealously expanding school.

A fun challenge to work with young people and create something beautiful. We developed a script in which the protagonists, Charlie and Coen, face down the camera and tell the viewer of their studies. Next, we headed for Utrecht where the bulk of the footage would be shot.

Top 10 Traffic Queue
Unfortunately, this day turned out to be the fastest riser in the chart of The Top 10 Ultimate-Traffic-Queue-Total-Length-Per-Day, where it eventually ended as first runner-up. Our nemesis of the day was the 800+ kilometres of traffic queue, which made it fully impossible to arrive on time. Fortunately, everybody suffered from these circumstances. Charlie and Coen turned out to be brilliantly cast, genuine InterCollege-students, so we could call it a wrap in a remarkably short time.


Sparkling
Another day of shooting in Rotterdam and The Hague gave us enough material to start editing. Ultimately, the result was a sparkling recruitment video that seamlessly fits the InterCollege Business School radio campaign that is broadcast, among others, on Radio 538.
