INTERNAL FILM 'REAL ESTATE BEYOND BORDERS'
DTZ meant to do without the standard Powerpoint-presentation at their internal new year’s event. Rather than rely on the sound value of sheets showing numbers – Yawn… DTZ chose to present a dynamic movie showing the highlights of 2007. Starring in this film were DTZ clients ING and Achmea, as well as employees of DTZ Zadelhoff, telling about their passion for the job and the cooperation on regional, national and international levels. The DTZers were filmed while in front of a ‘greenscreen’. The interviews were alternated by rapid highlights, such as special deals, the migration of the Amsterdam office and remarkable happenings. Marjan Schrader of DTZ Zadelhoff, when asked about our cooperation, replied: “Four Corners: professional, self-aware, creative, and true to its word! On the edge until the very last moment. An intense and intensive cooperation that led to a product that we all feel good about!”
