Feel at home! That’s Omnia Wonen’s motto. Because feeling at home in your own place is of immeasurable value. And it is what Omnia wants for all its customers. They try to manage this with some 80 enthusiastic employees. Omnia’s 4 main goals:

1. Build, build, build! Omnia builds many houses and contributes to shortening the waiting-lists.

2. Social involvement: Omnia aims in particular at housing those people who do not have the capabilities (any more) of providing in their housing-needs independently, like the homeless, ex-convicts, (former) psychiatric patients and the physically challenged.

3. Smart living: Omnia is leading the charge of designing and applying new technologies.

4. Back to basics: The services offered through or by Omnia need to have an added value for its customers, and be competitive.

For Omnia Wonen, an ambitious housing-corporation that offers housing to about 7,000 tenants in fifteen Dutch municipalities, Four Corners produced a corporate profile on video for its future tenants, presenting Omnia’s services. We instantly connected with Omnia’s credo “Feel at home”, so we deliberately expressed this in our corporate profile. The entire organisation is permeated with this emotion, which made this a delightful project to work on.
